Made from freshly pressed apples grown in local orchards, this unusual apple juice has more body and a little more tannins give it a drier feel and extraordinary depth of flavour. Pressed from varieties such as Quench, Sugar Bush, Devon Crimson, Tail Sweet, Slack-Ma-Girdle just to name a few it can take on a range of pork and chicken dishes: pork pasties, Scotch eggs, pork chops with apple sauce, chicken or sausage casserole as well as medium-bodied Cheddar or Cheshire, leek quiche, leek and potato soup, creamy onion soup, baked onions with cream or a butternut squash risotto.
