Well respected amongst cider drinkers and made with weird and wonderful Devon apples including Tail Sweet, Sugar Bush, Devon Crimson, Slack-Ma-Girdle. Matches well with chicken and pork casseroles or sausages cooked with cider, a fidget (chicken, bacon and cider) pie, roast pork and apple sauce, roast pork belly and black pudding. Breton style pancakes with ham or spinach and cheese are also a winner. So is Camembert or cauliflower cheese.
A traditional Devon Cider from organic apples, such as Sugar Bush, Quench, Devon Crimson and Pig's Snout... but made without the usual added chemicals that stabilise Ciders. No added Sulphites - unusually.
